What’s the program?

Individualized strength training programming for in the gym or at home. Tailored to your specific needs to build resilience in areas you were missing before that could have caused you to get injured in the first place.

You get the training stimulus you want with high quality work out programming blended with the therapeutic effect of targeted strengthening for your weak points in order to stay pain free and achieve whatever goals you undertake.

My philosophy is to give you the tools to learn what your body is capable of and to guide you through pain and now to performance. I believe in personalized treatment and no cookie cutter solutions. That same philosophy goes for strength training. This program is designed to take your rehab and blend it with training to prepare you for anything life throws at you. I give you the tools and guidance to continue to move better, feel better, and live better.

Programming brought right to you

Clients utilizing the program will have workouts sent directly to them via an app where they will be able to see workouts, track progress, view video demos, and be able to check in with me asynchronously 24/7.

You will also have the ability to set up one on one calls once per month in order to check in on how workouts are going, goal updates, and ask questions to your coach. And if you are local to Denver you’ll have the option of coming in for a 30 minute tune up visit to get hands on treatment and check in in-person rather than a virtual call.

Why hybrid programming?

The traditional rehab world works in the sequence of getting injured, seeing a provider to get out of pain, and then being given a few exercises and being told to “Just keep up with your exercises” or continuing to see your provider over and over again and relying on them.

There’s no guidance, no progression, and no assurance that this won’t come back up again.

This service is meant to bridge that gap. Where instead of being seen multiple times a month you’re being given guidance through every workout and seeing progression through each phase of the program. Think of this as a personalized workout program that is hand tailored to your needs by your physical therapist.
