About me

My journey into the world of physical therapy started long before grad school. I earned my Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) certification prior to entering the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Hartford in Connecticut. Since 2016, I’ve worked in the physical therapy industry in various roles, gaining hands-on experience and deepening my understanding of movement and recovery. After graduating in 2022, I began my clinical career in Windsor, Connecticut and have continued to grow as a practitioner through various continuing education courses and working hands on with patients from national champions at the top of their sport to people just trying to live their life pain free.

Why In search of health

In 2024, I moved to Denver, searching not just for a new city—but for a better way to care for people.

After years in traditional clinics, it was clear: the standard PT model is broken. High patient volumes, insurance red tape, and rushed appointments don’t serve anyone—not the clinicians, and definitely not the patients. I knew there had to be another way.

That’s why I created In Search of Health Physical Therapy & Wellness—a practice built around personalized, one-on-one care that puts people first. My mission is to help individuals move better, feel stronger, and reach their goals—whether that means returning to sport, staying pain-free at work, or just keeping up with life.

Wherever you're starting from, I’m here to help you get where you want to go—with clarity, support, and evidence-based care every step of the way.
