Mobility Mondays At sloans Lake
Join us for a mobility class at Sloan’s Lake every Monday at 6:30pm, led by Logan Edwards of ISO Health PT. This class will emphasize end-range strengthening, helping you build control and stability at your end ranges of motion. As well as using science based tools work on improving range of motion and improving joint health. Whether you're an athlete or just looking to move better, this class will provide the tools to support long-term joint health. Plus, connect with a like-minded community and enjoy the weather as it starts to get warm outside. The perfect way to feel great through movement and mobility to get ready to tackle the week ahead or recover from the adventures of the weekend.
We will meet on the northeast side of the lake just north of the parking lot on stuart street, in the clearing past the trees to the north of the parking lot in the open field. address below.

We will have a table set up where you can sign in and grab a spot look for the table with the ISO health banner on it! This event is completely donation based and donations allow for us to continue to provide free events for the community.

Full Body Reset at Red Rock Sauna
Begin with a revitalizing 45-minute yoga class led by instructor Mia on the Hogshead Brewery patio, followed by 2-3 rounds of sauna and cold plunge at Red Rock Sauna. As a special bonus, a Doctor of Physical Therapy will be on-site to provide manual therapy, recovery tools such as cupping and massage gun, as well as expert advice and injury screening for optimizing recovery, reducing pain, and improving performance.
This event combines the benefits of yoga, hot and cold therapy, and expert physical therapy insights and techniques to set you up for a healthier you.
Cost:
$40 per person. Your ticket includes the yoga class, sauna/cold plunge, Recovery/physical therapy access, and BOGO beer special.
